These custom-made Charcuterie Boards are made to order in style, size and quantity. Just about any type of hardwood can be used - from exotic to native hardwoods. The boards pictured are a mix of cherry, hickory, poplar and spliced board with cherry, maple, oak and padauk. Each board will have been treated with a food-safe oil to prevent moisture penetration.
